Once you've posted your job, you can begin the search for your new team member!
Make your search through the Oliv Community efficient by utilizing as many of the search filters as applicable.
1. At the top of your task bar, when logged in, click on CANDIDATES to search the whole database - candidates from this path can be invited to apply to your role, contacted via email or called. You can also click on FIND CANDIDATES from your job, this is also access to the database, but with relevancy to your particular position.
2. You can sort the profiles by Relevancy, Recently Logged In or their Profile Rating
3. Use filtering options like Majors, Availability, Language and much more to narrow down your search results (11 filters to choose from)
4. You can also use the Search Bar to look for specific skills, try one keyword at a time
Using the filters is easy! Choose the filters you want to apply from the drop down menus and check the tick boxes to apply them.
Once in a while, you may have a role that is particularly tricky to find talent for. In that case, we recommend reviewing the job description (here's what to look out for) to make sure there are no errors and all the necessary details are stated.
We also recommend broadening the requirements to allow more candidates to apply - the right person may not necessarily have the exact background you're looking out for!
